DHI Specific Tokens
The platform has these specific tokens defined for use in content generation.
General Drupal tokens
By default, standard Drupal tokens are available for use in content. These include:
node tokens such as [node:title] and [node:”field_name”].
taxonomy tokens such as [term:name]
entity tokens such as [debts:amount], [debt_problem:archived]
other useful tokens like
A full list of tokens is available via Help -> Token
Note
These are specific to what is being viewed and are not specific to a user’s debt. We have defined specific tokens when we need to address a user’s specific situation.
Current debt tokens
These will populate based on the specific debt the visitor is working on.

Problem profile metadata tokens
When any token in the format of [current_profile:metadata:[variable-name]] is included, it is replaced with:
If the variable exists on either the debt entity or profile entity, with the True value from the problem profile metadata taxonomy
If the variable does not exist on either entity, with the False value from the problem profile metadata taxonomy.
For example, [current_profile:metadata:debt_is_debt_buyer] would return “Your creditor is a debt buyer. This means they probably bought your debt for far less than you owe.” if the debt_is_debt_buyer exists in the user’s profile and would be empty if it does not.
Tool based tokens
These tokens are used in Legal Options to display tools and to display responses.
[tool:nid:embed]
For example: [tool:6:embed]
When used, this will generate the Landbot embed code for a specific Landbot associated with a tool. It is placed in a step in an option where we want the user to complete a tool.
- It returns a script that:
uses the LandbotURL for the tool
includes custom data:
problem profile id for the current problem profile
debt entity id of the current debt
debt problem id of the current debt problem
node ID of the option currently being viewed
node ID of the tool
<script SameSite="None; Secure" type="module" src="https://cdn.landbot.io/landbot-3/landbot-3.0.0.mjs"></script>
<div id="myLandbot" style="width: 100%; height: 800px"></div>
<script type="module">
var myLandbot = new Landbot.Container({
container: '#myLandbot',
configUrl: tool:nid landbot url,
customData: {
problem_profile_id: current session problem profile ID,
debt_entity_id: current session debt entity id,
debt_problem_id: current session debt problem id,
nid: node ID of the option,
tool_nid: tool node ID
},
});
</script>
[tool:nid:response]
This token is used in an option to display specific information based on a tool. It returns one of the three text field values:
Returns the Text when the tool has not been completed field on the tool when the user has not completed the tool
Returns the Text when the tool has been completed and there is data field on the tool value when the user has completed the tool and there has been stored (for example, they’ve completed the counterclaim tool and they have counterclaims)
Returns the Text when the tool has been completed and there is no data field on the tool value when the user has completed the tool but no data has been stored (for example, they’ve completed the counterclaim tool and has no counterclaims)
