GLH Referral Count Report

The referral count report shows the number of times a user was referred to a specific service using Get Legal Help.

Report data

The report shows:

• Count of referrals made

• Service the referrals were made to

• Organization associated with the referrals

..todo:: Where an organization is translated, duplicate rows are showing.

Filters

The report can be filtered on:

• Date the referrals were made

• The county associated with the request

• The legal issue, with depth. This means that filtering on Divorce will include all child terms selected for example.
